Why it matters
Healthy groves and careful cultivation are the beginning of flavor, aroma and character.
Aglio e Peperoncino (Garlic and Chilli Pepper) by Daniele Lepori is a classic Italian pasta ingredient. The famous Italian spaghetti dish is always made with three ingredients: olio, aglio e peperoncino (extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and chilli). We have combined these incredible, high-quality, and fresh Italian elements into one bottle, beginning with fresh extra virgin olive oil. The secret lies in the balance and quality — first the taste and aroma of fresh EVOO, then the scent of Italian garlic, and finally an elegant kick.
This unique creation is based on a delicate blend of 97% Toscano IGP extra virgin olive oil and 3% natural aroma extracted from garlic and fresh chilli peppers, both grown in Tuscany with respect for nature and tradition.
We carefully select the natural aromas of chilli and garlic, creating a perfect fusion that enhances the character of each. The result is a condiment with intense sensory perception: first the soft flavour of the oil, followed by the pungent note of garlic, concluding with the lively spiciness of the chilli pepper.
Its red colour with orange reflections is a visual surprise — but it is the palate that will truly be amazed. Aglio e Peperoncino is ideal as both a cooking ingredient and a final touch, capable of enriching any dish with strength, decision, and character.
100% natural, it is perfect for grilled meats, seafood salads, fish soups, grilled vegetables, bruschetta, and pizza — an authentic symbol of Italianness that infuses intensity and personality into every dish.
